Workout, week beginning 29.11.10

Complete the following for 3 rounds as fast as possible:

20 seconds of step up's as fast as possible, then 10 seconds rest x 7 rounds (4 minutes total time)
3 x 10 sets of press up's (knees on floor if needed)
3 x 15 Glute Raises 
3 x 20 Knees to elbow crunches
2 x 12 Leg Raises
