Workout - 20.12.2010 - Christmas Cracker!

5 Rounds for time of the following: 

2 minutes of 10 x star jumps + 20 squat thrusts (alternating)
50 x Squats 
40 x Air punches
30 x Side leg Raises
20 x Crunches
10 x Tricep Dips 
  5 x Press up's
