Workout - 20.12.2010 - Christmas Cracker!

5 Rounds for time of the following: 

2 minutes of 10 x star jumps + 20 squat thrusts (alternating)
50 x Squats 
40 x Air punches
30 x Side leg Raises
20 x Crunches
10 x Tricep Dips 
  5 x Press up's

Complete the following as many times as possible in 20 minutes:

50 x step up's (stairs/step)
10 x Lunges per leg
20 x Squats
10 x Press up's (ladies drop knees if need be)
5 x Tricep dips

Workout, week beginning 29.11.10

Complete the following for 3 rounds as fast as possible:

20 seconds of step up's as fast as possible, then 10 seconds rest x 7 rounds (4 minutes total time)
3 x 10 sets of press up's (knees on floor if needed)
3 x 15 Glute Raises 
3 x 20 Knees to elbow crunches
2 x 12 Leg Raises

Try to complete the workout at least 3 times a week around you normal training schedule for increased progression with you current training program. If you can't do an exercise, simply substitute it for another which is similar. If you have problems with completing the workout simply reduce the time on each exercise.
